Well it's good that you don't have to worry about this anymore Chaser but salary from 2001? That's a load of crap. How can they get away with that?

Glad to hear things are finally starting to look up a bit. I've been totally out of the loop the past several weeks, I started a new job and have had almost no time to read or post on the boards. How do they get away with doing that shit? 2001? Maybe , I mean maybe pre heart attack wage , but 2001? Makes me froth at the mouth thinking about it!!

1. Great news - certainly much better than most of the other alternatives.
2. Forget about feeling like a failure. In these times, getting no raise, or even a pay cut is unfortunately a norm.
3. Disability based on 2001 salary... because of an injury from back then... sounds like they're admitting you were disabled back then. What was their position on your health at that time?
